I used to be long this stock (when the div was 15% or more). I sold out at $18 per share. Now I'm shorting it at $23. I posed the question can anyone make a bullish argument for this stock besides the div. and decent insider ownership? In 2 weeks I still haven't heard one reason. That makes me feel good about the short.
I could be wrong but if I am please can anyone make a bullish case? This question is not for Kush, he's wasted enough of our time already. It's not too often you see a BULLISH troll on a message board.

Every time I hear, "they paid $0.50 for 76 quarters, it's like clockwork and will never stop" I feel like adding to my short position. America needs to learn how to read a cash flow statement and balance sheet.
-FGP has increased Return on Assets every q for the last year and a half - NOT bearish
-Debt to Equity ratio is flattish for several years - NOT bearish
-Book Value per share has dropped for several years (and is approaching ridiculously low) NOT bearish
- Gross profit margins trending higher for several years - NOT bearish
