Looking at a few things with the chart here and it looks well extended above the trend line on the weekly chart. Also, looking at the orderflow for the past month, lots of retail traders seem to be dumping, or maybe re-arrange the porfolio. Oh, and I like your idea bout Cramer, the guy ruins a lot of my options plays.
Instead of evaluating trend lines, charts and overflows, you should be evaluating the company itself and its ability to execute its business plan. From my perspective the company continues to have significant reliance on Cisco in its NBU and has been unable to grow its US enterprise business otherwise. For RVSN to continue growth it must move away from its reliance on CIsco or hope Cisco grows their VTC business without developing internally a replacement product.
