As we all know that US Govt will put billions dollars in work to cover those who don't have health insurance and these uninsured peole are the reason THC had have bad debts for years. So it looks like THC's biggest problem will be taking of real soon.
I really do believe that THC will make huge u-turn into bright future from here. Just hope THC's management takes full advantage of Obma's plan to max the benefit from Govt's new plan. No doubt, THC will become very profitable organization in near futur. And I'm buying more.
Goodluck to us all.

Agree here is how they should do it>>> Listen up Senator Bacaus...
Use a property casualty concept...everyone buys a private plan that only has a lifetime max beenfit of say 500K verses the current 2M to 5M lifetime max benefits, then the government puts an umbrella over the top with, in effect, medicare for all for a minimal premium as the current system requires. This is actuarialy sound because the insurance companies can get the law of large numbers working for them and lower premium with increased participation and less risk exposure. On the flip side, the government can offer to everyone beacuse there will be less cost due to the underlying private coverage. Also, you don't flush 15% of the GDP out of the emconomy which would virtually crash us into a depression. Only two problems with this plan...Social Security and Medicare...the government can't pay for those programs as they exist let alone trying to get a new entitlement program started...let's see what the morons in DC come up with.
I certainly agree with buying you own Health insurance but some people can not pay $500.00 plus a month for an individual and up to $1500.00 a month for an individual. So some government intervention is necessary.
my last message got zapped, anyway here goes again....
"There in lies the rub" as the saying goes Stevie ..."We" are the government, and nobody can seem to figure that out right now...the government doesn't get its money from some other planet...it get its money from us, therfore we are the goverment. Top nominal rate in Sweden 72%, top nominal (tax rate) in the UK 61%, ouch, I think I would rather keep my 20 % additional taxes they will take and buy my own freaking health insurance.
$3-$5????!!! are you out of your mind!
littledutchboy, this is the worst performing stock of all public companies when you look at 10 years, 5 years, or any 1 year performance within that time period....of all stocks!!! This is a horrible execution company...of all freakin companies. and you believe all of that suddenly changed and it will not only triple in value... but quintuple!!! where do you get these delusional thoughts. This dog has dropped 10%, 20%, 30%, etc weeks at a time. The money banking that this management team will continue their history of execution has been proven for years...go back and look at the "blips" of upward movement...it's pitiful...but this is where you're going to gamble your long position. Get into UHS where they actually make money with strong hospitals and management.
