Just to make sure I got the facts right. Motorola is a major cell hand set player and micro projection should be the next big mile stone in hand set evolution. They decide to sell off the next big things patents to microvision just months before they are bought out by Google Hmm? Some buddy knew something at Motorola. What Motorola insider has been buying up MVIS anticipating something happing at microvision? Google just happen to end up with the MVIS shares and does not even know that they own the shares, nor do they even want them. Apple or Rimm on the other hand would love to have them yet Moto sells them too little old microvision because they are best in class for the technology (B...S…) You would have more to gain from the shares than a bidding war over the patents and they knew time was running out and could not stop or slow down the pending takeover. Disclaimer… I sold off my position back in the two dollar range for those who remember me. I have started accumulating shares again.
I don’t know who owns the shares but, it’s a pretty good assumption that it was mobility and not solutions that brokered the deal. I just find the timing of transactions and events to be a little fish. In my opinion It was on the to do list before the takeover and like I said, I don’t thing Google even knows they have the shares other than someone in the accounting department.
Thanks for the come back and the vote of confidence. It’s better trading when someone shares your view. I just hope the likes of Texas instrument or 3M does not come out with a jee wiz technology that makes the whole thing obsolete. That’s the thing with tech investing. I’m trying to build up around a 10K position and I’m a buyer below ninety for now.
