I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all the very generous longs who have funded some wonderful vacations for my family and I in 2012.
Your generosity in the summer was more appreciated than you will know as your money was spent on a fabulous time at the Four Seasons on Maui. You guys ROCK!! and the eight days we have just spent skiing at Lake Tahoe in a stunning four bedroom condo with a hot tub overlooking the lake made for a wonderful white Christmas. The Kids really appreciated that.
I must admit to a twinge of guilt every now and then because you guys seem to give and give with no thought at all to your own well being. But, it's a feeling that soon passes. My family and I want to visit Spain this coming summer so your continued generosity would be greatly appreciated. I am only one decent share dilution away from Business Class tickets for the whole family. But another lame CES announcement would work just as well.
Again, Thanks ever so! And I wish you all a long 2013.
Thank you OI90. I have been to Segovia a couple of times. Beautiful place!!! Are you talking about the Suckling Pig restaurant just off the main square as you come down from the Castle? I LOVE that place. That crispy skin...........delicious!!!!
Spain is one of my favorite countries in the world. Madrid's kind of Mmmah as European Capitals go but Barcelona and Granada are spectacular and I love Bilbao on the north Coast.
Anyway, I wish you Health, Wealth and Happiness in 2013.
That's amazing you knowing one of my favorite restaurants. My fiance proposed to me in that restaurant!! Must admit I'm more of a Barcelona Girl than a Madridista but eating Tapas at the little restaurants around the Plaza Mayor is one of life's great pleasures. Spain has always fascinated me.
Happy New Year to you and your family and to everyone else on the board may 2013 treat us all kindly.
I deeply regret not helping fund you fun...in a monent's stupidity ( actually, after hours of careful DD ) I dumped this @$4.80, took profits and banked them.
I promise to be mucho, major, mas more stupider in the future tho ( not a chance! )...actually, you don't need my help, as there are plenty here willing to lend a hand...er, dollar ;)
All the best to you, Mrs. S2, and all the little S2s in the coming year!
