All the pom-pom wavers are trying to say that the reason for the wall of silence from Microvision is because the company is constrained by NDA's NOTHING could be further from the truth.
The kind of information that shareholders want and need is simply NOT covered by an NDA. Microvision is absolutely free to talk about its own business, its own business prospects and outlook as long as it does not mention another compaies by name. Beyond that NDA;s DO NOT state that Microvision must say absolutely nothing about its own business.
Hiding behind the NDA excuse is simply that. an EXCUSE for saying nothing in a deliberate attempt to drive the stock price as low as possible. Microvision's Board of Directors want as low a share price as absolutely possible for several reasons. Not least of which would be to have their friends buy the company as cheaply as possible, take it private and pay large retention bonuses to a select few individuals. They also want as low a share price as possible so they can load up on very inexpensive stock options so when the Canadians do buy the company they are buying shares off the Board that the board don't have to pay for and for which they will receive a premium.
What the pom-pom wavers on here don't seem to realize is the money to do all these things is coming directly out of their pockets.
