To oil and fracking investors I would like to ask: What's your opinion of C&J Energy Services (CJES)?
They operate in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
They've been around since 1997.
1.1 Bn market cap
A very low P/E around 6
22% ROI, I believe, but please check for yourselves
Very low book value, but very profitable return on assetts.
Make your own due diligence....
I'm interested in intelligent opinions, seems like a good potential investment.
From a chart perspective we just have the 20 day and the 50 day moving averages over the 200 DMO for the first time....
Looks like tecnicals and fundamentals agree on this one...still, I'm not sure it's the right time to enter...
C&J is not the AT&T. That would be Halliburton. Both are good buys. In fact, C&J is probably a better value considering it isn't reliant on a deal to boost profits though it did a deal just as well to get into the Bakken.
I get your point...also because of the Bakken's huge growth potential. Anyhow, if fracking is a growing practice as it seems than both will benefit. For now I keep my hodings in HEK (long 2000 shares and 50 Jan 2014 calls)
