The (real) FINANCEFRED was 1st to note that even a lawsuit without merits can DEVASTATE! Sinoforest's lawsuit is VALID & has already proven it's merits, as no fraud has been proven yet to date. The Chinese are ramping up to high standards, but it takes time bilingually to achieve that level, especially during a Bear market recession. Most short-term momentum techie day-traders don't understand that, even when Warren Buffett preaches LONG VALUE is 3-5 to even 10 years discipline. Carson Blockhead, aka Muddy Waters, the paralegal boy turned pseudo-attorney CON ARTIST and BOGUS research paper SHORT&DISTORT and TRASH&CASH fraudster chump will NOW find out what it's like to be sued by unlimited money of US$20 million dollars of pure adversarial MISERY, scores of investigators, U.S./Canada government authorities & oversight agencies, both government regulators, and also the BEST high profile SinoForest counsel team that money can buy for years of suffering to be endured by Carson Blockhead. I'm sure this litigation will open many others including ONP to pursue in this regard as well. ILLEGAL MANIPULATING SHORTS WILL JOIN HIM & SOON! Carson Block's life as he knows it IS OVER. ['Woe unto them who call evil good'] No ill-gotten millions of dollars in gains is worth that stolen amount of TIME from anyone's life. Think about it. LIFE IS TOO SHORT!! CARSON BLOCK IS ALREADY WALKING IN HELL THIS MORNING. I wouldn't be surprised if he commits suicide soon, & other illegal Shorts can continue to emulate that too!
Frivolous lawsuit Van? How about the frivolous law suit brought by Larry Rosen's Mark Henning. You are on record Van as saying that come June 2012 Orient Paper Inc will go down the same path as Sino-Forest, AND IN SO FAR AS FILING a lawsuit against Muddy Waters, you just may be right. I certainly hope so. Drew Bernstein has now stated on CNBC that Muddy Waters' allegations are "categorically false" and this law suit will not be frivolous.
