"Agria has accomplished tremendous achievements over the past year, including the transaction earlier in 2011 to increase our shareholding to 50.01% in a publicly-listed, New Zealand-based company, PGG Wrightson. PGG Wrightson, which reported turnover of NZ$1.15 billion (US$885 million) for the twelve months ended June 30, 2010, will now be consolidated into our financial results moving forward."
The announcement is more than groundbreaking! It's simply huge! I wouldn't want to be underinvested here if PGG announces results on monday.
I have never seen a company like GRO that trades at 10% of it's fair value. Looks like they are ready to let it out now.
