To all those panicking and selling all their shares...Big Mistake...
1st of all, they said when when the time is right we will hit the NYSE... hello that will not happen overnight. 2nd, if you sell all your shares, you are no longer qualified for the discount of the new shares. 3rd , the PPS will still skyrocket before we even hit the NYSE and New Company, that would be a regret to all that sold now. My opinion, BBDA has another 1 to 3 years before we see massive revenue gains. Im a long and Im a BBDAliever... i just bought again during this panick at 0.0032, and i just added more BBDA to my portfolio.
Virtually nothing has changed on our path regarding the stock market… We have formed a new Company, It will be audited and we expect it will launch on the NYSE when the timing is right. Current shareholders will be given a discount to market offering on our NYSE Company and then the OTC BBDA Company will be dissolved by me and gone forever. It will not become another company nor have some type name change. IT WILL BE GONE.
Why not convert old shares into new shares. I thought we were company owners. The language of the update was the old company will "be no more." We have no way of knowing what percentage of a discount we will be given or what valuation the new company will be listed at. This is just wrong. That's why i've grown to hate "owning" stocks. You don't really own a damn thing. I mainly sell puts and collect the premiums.
Your shares will be converted to the new company share, just like when a company is bought out for shares of the acquiring company. It seems that the valuation will be higher for the new shares (FB saying 1:1.5). The IPO as it were would be set at a price, the current share price locked at a certain value and shares dispersed based on how many you own and the value they give each share. Say you have 1million of BBDA, if it's $4/share for new company, BBDA locked at .004, you're "value" is $4000, they give you $6000 of the new company or 1500 shares vs only 1000 at straight 1:1.
