Oprah herself never endorsed the product. It received a "neutral" review against two other drinks of the same type in her magazine.
J-Lo used the drink in her video from *2011* due to the name of the drink in reference to her video.
Still publicity in both publications, yes, but both are being heavily overrated in terms of moving the stock.
Wal-Mart is testing the product in terms of sales versus consumer interest, it's not an all in scenario yet.
Stop the foolishness dingo...Oprah is not behind the product. An article about BBDA is good for us but leave the exaggerations for your playground friends.
Serious traders need information and do their own DD...not relying on message boards.
If you want to cheer...I am with you. But mega star endorsements? Would JLo do anything w/o being paid? I'll ask her about BBDA when we have dinner Saturday.
Agreed. I'm long BBDA but without any official news from the company itself, we can only assume that this is a technical bounce. Sure, their FB posts have been inspiring and maybe the so-called "O" effect was the launch button that propelled yesterday's 175% pop...but it was a one day delay so maybe that wasn't it either. Without anything tangible, it's simply a play, perhaps along the lines of DEWM, and today's action may prove it has some legs.
...with that noted...I sure as heck would love to read a press release about a hemp or MMJ product release...
Where are you getting that information? I read that they weren't selling enough at Walmart and switched to corner delis and local gas stations. And, Oprah is not behind this drink, it was a comparison review by an independent writer.
