Lets clear this up once and for all. Any complaints to the SEC will probably go as follows:
"Hey! I bought a stock that is up 200% in a year that I bought into at - enter price (.08-.15)-, and the company didn't release data results when they said they would, and haven't released any PRs on other clinical trials they have going on, and the company should find a partner in one of those big bio companys and they didn't, and the stock hasn't moved over roughly 10% up or down from .09, and it should be at .50-1.00, no trust me it should be, and there are people selling the stock at these prices, and you need to step in and stop people from selling and only allow buying, and force the PPS to increase....oh, and people on Yahoo are bashing the stock, make them stop too"
That about cover it? Feel free to copy and paste this complaint to the SEC and I'm sure they'll get right on fixing everything!
Very nice, but I think you're wrong exactly how the call would go. More like this.
"Hello, this is the SEC."
"Yeah, I'm losing money on my stock! I'm seeing the price jump up and down, but more down."
"Is this stock Advaxis?"
"We can neither confirm nor deny an investigation is ongoing at this time, but trust me buddy we're not investigating an 8 cent stock."
"Well, I would just like to say..."
No. I'm not alright. I'm a little tired of the conspiracy theories of the manipulation of the PPS, by NUMEROUS posters here. Its as bad as people getting goaded into answering posts that are the same basher, the SAME person on numerous different boards. The lack of common sense is ridiculous.
