Quick Observation: Dr. Phil Frost is worth $2.5 Billion. He buys hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of OPK Every Day and has a position of $500M in that stock. LTS on the other hand, he owns a postion of $12M and buys 17K worth of the stock from time to time. You would think that with a stock down 60% he would double down on his position. Alas, it leaves one wanting. I just dont understand why he doesnt take millions of shares off the market and do a reverse split so they can actually show some profits. With 183M shares outstanding and their operational management it is just going to be impossible to ever make any money. Just a thought. Anyone feel differently?
Interesting post - It makes no sense why Dr. phil would not just take the company private given the cash he has and the ability to keep all profits for himself. Why would you let your stock fall 60% and not buy as much stock as possible? Seems like a logical question to me. I would really like to see the stock go up and am contemplating buying more. Should I step in here? all posts welcome.
