Will the price of Friedman skyrocket if keystone pipeline is approved?
I know that it will be benefit from the recovery of construction and housing industry. What about car industry? In any case, the price of the stock is cheap and the management is very credible and provide a long history of dividend payment and took on the expansion of the new location during recessionary years. The growth of sales will be there or a handsome buyout with the increased appetite for M & A. from private equity. Any thoughts and observation of its business in where its located? Your input will be very useful. I've already own some of it and thinking of buy more.
fwiw...not sure Keystone will help all that much. Lots of activity in the Eagle Ford (south Texas) and still some in Barnett (north Texas) but I have not seen any major benefit to FReD. just seems to be a bit too much capcity in the steal biz I suppose. ut heck more demand is bound to influence FReD's biz...the ? is ..how much...
