1. Barrett's Esophagus, Konica Minolta, 510-K not full PMA. This is their baby, do some DD on smoking related cancer in Japan. I think Dr.Bambott is Konica's boy and he's making sure this one gets completed asap. Definitely an annoucement within 1st qtr.
2. Lung device, no name
3. Melanoma device, no name.
And by the way for all you newbies, This company under Mark Samuel's developed and sold the Billi Rubin device that now generates approx. 400mil gross sales per year. They screwed-up and had to sell for less than 15mil.
Anyway, 2 and 3 are on the shelf @ the company. Once the technology is approved then its just a 510-k and we're on our way.
If you, as an investor, are attempting to run numbers and determine a profit to multiply x20. It won't be accurate!! This is not a one pony show.
A buyer for the company is not just looking @ LuViva. They are looking @ buying FDA approved technology. This technology can be adapted to many uses.
Now put a number on it!! I'm waiting and have been for 6 years. This is the question. How much is the technology worth?? Anyone, Anyone, Bueller, Bueller??
Samuels was a knucklehead who sold Bilichek for a measly 5million cash and a cap of just 6 million in royalties to further the Spectrx (GTHP) Diabetes product development, and you see how far that got'
He set the Company backwards for many years..
I have been an investor since before the time the company sold the Billi Rubin device I am amazed to hear that it is bringing in 400 million in revenue. I would appreciate if you could provide a link to that info. It sure has been along time but we might finally be moving toward revenue & profit.
From Guided's SEC filing dated Dec. 22, 2011:
(Search for "Results of Operations" in http://filings.issuerdirect.com/data/924515/000112178111000416/gthpposam1121111.htm
"Revenue: Net revenue increased to $1.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2011, from $676,000 for the same period in 2010. Net revenue was higher for the three months ended September 30, 2011 than the comparable period in 2010, due to the increase in revenue from contracts relating to our cervical cancer detection technology and the Biofield co-development agreement."
"Revenue: Net revenue was approximately $2.7 million and $2.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively."
If you want to know how much money a company is making, go to their SEC filings. Don't listen to rumors on Yahoo! message boards.
Thanks Ralph, it's good to see this kind of belief from an extreme long and vet. After six years, what is the most convincing or overwhelming positive sign you can impart to a newbie of just one month? That thing or two an insider would know or has seen that can't be so easily found about the company or the technology. I've been doing every kind of technical detective work and reading I possibly can. Thanks in advance.
The man's name was Norman Topshi(mispelled), he's the reason this company is where it is today! Norman was the "4th" Delta pilot when Delta was still in Mississippi. He mentored a young man named Ronnie Allen, Ronnie went on to become the CEO of Delta Airlines from 87-97. He also became the Chairman of the Board for GTHP.(as well as Coca Cola, KO)
I was fortunate enough to meet Norman when he was 92 yrs old @ a catfish fry in a pawn shop. LOL. What a man, the guy could what into a room full of people, spend an hour, and know and retain everyones name before he left. Norman took 90+ yrs of experience and put this group of investors and scientist together, and here we are @ the cusp of greatness. The beauty of this whole thing is 2 fold: We're going to change millions of women's lives and make more money than we've ever made doing it. Thanks Norman. Catfish Fry.
Amen Ralph, Amen. Glad to see others seeing the big picture.
First quarter would be nice. I would be happy with Q3.
