On the contrary downgrades were already released .If you double check you will realize that the drop 79% in profit was due to a one time goodwill writeoff ..most of it.

There is so much spin surrounding FTE's dividend that it's really difficult to determine what the actual dividend percentage rate is, as well as the frequency... Does anyone on this board know the real story ?
From when do you you have to own the stock to qualify for the dividend payment? Is it since Sept. 4, 2012 which is the ExDividend date listed on Yahoo? What about the payout ratio that is listed at 385%? Does that mean there will have to be a drastic cut?
The company's drop in profit after removing the non-recurring items was down over 30%....as per their press release. Don't know what the senior citizen expense was all about!!!!!
Do you know what the schedule is the dividend? History says it pays in june and auguest, but it says it will pay like 0.3 for 2012 in 2013 june, then 0.2 for 2013 intrim dividend in dec? I am not sure how dividend works in european companies...
Operating cash flow is 8b, not free cash flow. Operating cash flow is ebitda - capex, so you need to deduct interest and taxes which are about 2.5 b. Also minority interest gets 0.5 b in dividend. Common shareholders actually only get 5 billion euros about free cash flow, which of course is good enough imo.
Wrong answer buddy. Please don't give advice when you don't know what you are talking about. Please click the cash flow statement here. Operating Cash flow is not the same as EBITDA-capex. Operating cash flow is simply net income and you are adding back in depreciation and changes in A/R and inventory. Stop giving advice.
