Went to a local restaurant over the weekend, on the drink menu was a concoction drink of Ginger Beer and Goslings rum. Good stuff! First time I've seen the brand in the "real world". I'm in the upper midwest.
I tried the Goslings dark rum and the Ginger beer before I invested in this co. As far as Rum goes this is one of the better ones and their price is very competitive. I like Coors beer but this Ginger beer was pretty good for something different. I also tried their Jefferson's whiskey and Brady's Irish cream. The Jefferson's was very good but the Brady's was great, really, It was great. I was impressed enough to buy shares in ROX. If I didn't think the product was good I would not have invested. I own KO instead of PEP for the same reason, I invest in what I like. What good does it do to invest in a co. that makes a bad or sub par product? I think ROX has a bright future because the product is good. Their prices are very competitive except for their Knappogue Castle16, that was a little pricey, it was over $100/750bottle. I'm not sure how good it is but I'm assuming it's very good. For the price they charge for it, it better be very good. I drink Glenlivet18 and it's a very good Scotch for $65/750bottle. Overall, this is a very solid investment.
