As soon as NQ announces that it ihas retained an investment banker and is exploring strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value, the discussion of takeover price will ensue. If you consider $350-500 million in annual revenues and over 600 million registered users, it must be at least $30 per share. What do you think?
A takeover of a damaged company like NQ with shady financials, we would be lucky to get $7.50 to $8.00 in any buyout. Management has to stay the course and let PWC finish the audit to regain credibility and then the PPS will come back. If they try to sell NQ without a clean audit, that would be financial suicide and they would never be able to IPO Florida Mobile or Sky Nation in the future. Muddy waters would attack the 2 spinoffs just as it has the parent NQ.
Just a correction to the above post, FL Mobile, not Florida Mobile, I have Florida on my mind, I am going to Orlando in 2 weeks with some schools from the New York city area on a Mathematics convention and I just equated FL with Florida, My bad
Yeah a $4 company going to get bought out at $30. You guys just keep sounding
more stupid by the day. Can't believe anyone would post something so stupid unless
they are just longing for attention. Get a dog. You wont look like such morons!
