$5 per share in cash ( 138 mill ) non gap earnings per qtr of 23 - 27cents. Lets call it a buck annually leaves us trading at 7 times earnings when backing out the $5 cash. Revs at an all time high with next qtrs. revs to beat this qtr. What's not to like here? I don't know why anyone would sell this at $12. Thoughts?
All that cash definitely limits the downside. However, net income from their actual product sales seems very minimal. For the stock to seriously move up, revenues and net income from their actual products needs to increase significantly. I hope they just keep letting the cash pile up and don't do anything stupid, like making a large acquisition that doesn't work.
