"Finally, Biderman wonders whether the BLS is being pressured during an election year to paint an overly optimistic picture by President Obama’s administration in light of these 'real unadjusted job change' facts. Frankly, in light of recent discoveries about the other "impartial" organization, the CBO, we don't think there is any need to wonder at all."
"Either there is something massively changed in the income tax collection world, or there is something very, very suspicious about today’s BLS hugely positive number," adding, "Actual jobs, not seasonally adjusted, are down 2.9 million over the past two months. It is only after seasonal adjustments – made at the sole discretion of the Bureau of Labor Statistics economists – that 2.9 million fewer jobs gets translated into 446,000 new seasonally adjusted jobs." A 3.3 million "adjustment" solely at the discretion of the BLS? And this from the agency that just admitted it was underestimating the so very critical labor participation rate over the past year?
biderman is a complete f'ing idiot.
listen up very closely,
the private employer adp report, clearly shows biderman is talking out his a/ss.
and those who follow him love to sniff it.
adp report perfectly synchs up with bls employment report,
auto sales perfectly synch up with employment
ism perfectly synchs up with employment
rail tonnage perfectly synchs up with employment
on and on and on,
numerous private reports covering a wide swath of private industries ALL perfectly synch up with employment report.
you're a f'ing idiot.
go read your newsmax you ditto head.
You keep emphasizing that these other reports synch up perfectly with Fri jobs report.
Yet most of them preceded the jobs report and still the jobs # came out as a big surprize to the upside for virtually everyone, as if there were no predictive value in those other reports whatsoever.
i used to really love trim tabs.
over time it became much less reliable
at the same time charles biderman went to the fringe wingnut crowd,
charles biderman went reactive long ago.
he talks about being a statistician,
yet conveniently fails to account for all the private reports that plainly show he doesn't have a gd clue wtf he is babbling about.
as far as i'm concerned, charles biderman has totally lost it and trim tabs nowadays sucks.
