So what does the Republican Party stand for?

They obviously don't really give a squat about deficit reduction like they paid so much lip service to

They obviously don't oppose increasing taxes on the so-called job creators like they cried "class warfare" anytime someone said taxes needed to go up for the wealthy

So what is it that the Republicans really stand for?

Looks like they really aren't any different than the Democrats, other than being total absolute complete hypocrites. Of course, everyone already recognized that fact. I just expected them to put up more of a fight.

    • Why should republicans care about the wealthy when most of the wealthy give to dems.

    • What do you stand for?

You obviously don't really give a squat about the truth like you pay so much lip service to

You obviously don't support Repubs even when they submit to Dems "class warfare" on the wealthy

So what is it that you really stand for?

Looks like you aren't really any different than any other absolute complete hypocrite. Of course, everyone here already recognized that fact. I just expected you to have more integrity.

    • You gotta be kidding. This was a much sweeter deal for the right than the left. You have to remember this isn't a tax increase. If a deal would not have passed the cuts would have expired and went to where they were in the Clinton days. Bush cuts were never intended to be last forever.

Now that the right has what they want, they can and will play hard ball on spending cuts over the next two months.
