    • The Flash Crash was the preview. I think there are supposed to be stops in place to lock limit order downs, and some sorta rules about closing the markets for X amt. of time after X percentage drops, etc.

      Right. And there are probably written rules which those who have deposits in Cyprus which guaranteed them at least the return of deposit; probably no mention a'tall 'bout some percentage of an automatic "gift" to the government, in case of X.

      Sorta like most folks don't know that the US military only has to be under Martial Law, and can commander anything you have for their use; right down to your food and shelter.
