    The US stock market is delusional..The federal reserve is forcing investors to buy stocks now

    For one they are overvalued. The S&P is selling at over 23x trailing earnings with very little growth. the small cap Russell 2000 is at all time highs and is overvalued by 50%. Nevertheless people are chasing stocks that are yielding over 2.5 % becasue there is nothing to earn at the bank and in most short term debt instruments. Many European countries are implementing austerity measures and trying to pay down the huge piles of debt and people are starting to get angry. Its not just Cyprus....Cyprus is a sign of things to come....noone wants to acknowledge the huge defecits world countries are running..they just want to point to the things that seem to be getting better...Its all an illusion based on printing will end badly but greed is taking over
