    Q1 EPS $0.43 vs est $0.45

    Same-store sales fell 11.1 percent at the company's Jack in the Box chains and 1.7 percent at its Qdoba Mexican grill restaurants.

    For the second quarter, the company expects same-store sales to fall 8 to 10 percent at Jack in the Box restaurants and flat to a fall of 2 percent at Qdoba.

    It also forecast earnings of $1.85 to $2.05 a share for fiscal 2010, with analysts' expecting earnings of $2.03 a share.

        Decoded - Service is kinda hit or miss and the food may be tasting like S On A Shingle.

        Decoded - It could take some time to fix things and we're ready to blame unemployment again if future sales really tank.
