with BVSN, their sell date was february 12th. the stock dropped that day, but continued to surge and eventually hit $55.
they continued to send out emails after feb. 12th. in fact, they kept sending emails for another month. but, in their disclaimers, they only said things like:
"Disclaimer: NIA currently owns 175,600 shares of BVSN. NIA intends to sell its shares and can sell them at any time. NIA reserves the right to accumulate more shares at any time. NIA’s co-founders have also been referred business in the past from somebody who has filed as a large BVSN shareholder. Past performance is not an indicator of future returns."
i fully expect the same thing to happen with SYNC. they know shorts will be trying to take this down on monday, but they likely won't let them take advantage.
