June 2 I took a stab at some catalysts and associated price moves for AVII. So far only one has occured:predicted ~$200M multi-year govt contract for EbolaMarburg, resulting in a +.50 to .75 / shr price increase (saw roughly +.40 for $291M contract)Based on the markets conservative reaction to this extraordinary development, I will trim my expectations for further price advances accordingly:Good flu study results published +.20 to .40 / share (any day now)Conf call (~Aug 10) updating forecast for revenue (~$45M in 2010) and cash burn (close to break-even in 2010) +.10 to .20 / share~$500M DMD partnership announced +1.5 to 1.85 / share (anytime between now and year-end)DMD IND announced +.20 to .40 / share (anytime between now and year-end)Flu IND announced +.20 to .40 / share (prior to Dec 30)$140M multi-year govt contract for flu +.80 to 1.20 / share (on or about Dec 30)Seems to me AVII still has a high probability of trading above $5 before year end.
the cup and handle pattern projects 2.70 over the next few weeks
i agree, the technicals look good a break over 2.00 will signal another leg up to challenge the 2.70 area ultimately we should challenge 5 dollars again before the end of the yr imo
Again the good Doctor of Mystery contributes solid analysis.
Wall st. will write up the stock when it gets to 5. Brokers could drive the stock at that point. The 0tc desks will accumulate prior to that.
Didn't they already announce the IND for Avi-4658? That one didn't move it much...
yes, I meant not the IND open but the initiation of clinical trials in US.
I'll guess 7.00 dollars by years end
I think that is reasonable, nicely put. I think if the economy was better your numbers would be 15-25% higher
