Eight million shares is a boatload. Intereting to see if inst. priced this in or if they bail on pattern of dilution. Hoping for a pullback to add. Expect I will get it, but the Jacobs kool aid is pretty addicting.
Rest assured that the "seeking alpha" writer who always pumps this stock will ignore these addtional 8 million shares in his valuation analysis, just like he's ignored every other round of dilution in the past, to claim there exists only 18 million shares outstanding. When in fact, after this dilution, there will be AT LEAST 44 + 8 = 52 million fully diluted shares outstanding. Current market cap = $1.2 billion+
I agree. Though I have to say there are much better stocks to invest in right now. If you are buying this stock you basically betting on Jacobs and not on the company's current and/or recent performance which has been less than stellar.
