    Brain teaser for today. how many


    YES, YOU AND GULF ARE PRETTY MUCH ON THE RIGHT TRACK.The question assumes that their is such a thing as a true circle. which there is not, because atomic particals TRAVEL in orbits that are eliptical they do not rotate uniformally, they actually rotate by serpration of porportional distance. at angles... which means even at the atomic level their is no such thing as a CIRCLE. HOWEVER, if by defining a perimeter, there is an INSIDE.. AND AN OUTSIDE.
