The company blew away its recently revised estimate and looks good for the fourth quarter. I suspect they also sandbagged some earnings for a future quarter. I just can't figure out why the insiders are selling-it leaves a nagging feeling in the back of my skull.
I suspect that you're making a little too much of Foley/Stone/Wiley's sales of shares. They routinely pick up options if the hit targets, which adds some back to their portfolio, and follow the Wall Street Line of always taking some off the table, while leaving some in. Foley like's his Vineyards, and in any case won't live forever, so might as well enjoy some of it now. After all, you can use so much of that wealth before it becomes a numbers game.
