Ya got that one right, tmikles, lots more fixed overhead because of all the claims people FNF hired, not because of the LFG acquisition, but bcuz of FNF's own super sloppy underwriting practices (hey, anything goes, stick it up, here is the lube, let me help u, just say yes, please do it, we never say no no matter what u want, we are here to please the customer, not to provide a service for the alleged insureds!
