Please tell me what Q1 `09 futures pricing is. And with oil at $60 USD, dont forget to add 15-20% for the Cdn exchange rate. I dont see a cut coming. Is there anything in the Q3 report that hints of a cut.
I have confidence in PGH and do not think a payout cut is at all likely. PGH's CEO has been buying shares and has every reason to want higher share prices. I do not think both OPEC and big oil working together will allow oil prices to stay down long. PGH is a strong buy on any price weakness. Good luck to all. EOM.
I do not think so. Currently, their payout is only 65% of cashflow. The PGH management team has been able to maintain stable dividends and have made it a top priority. On the other hand, if oil continues to plummet then we should see downward pressure on the price. PGH is also a natural gas play, so it is not just oil you should be looking at.
