Nat Gas inventories down almost 7% as of jan 25, 2013 (lower 48 states)
Total now is 2,802 bcg. Last week 2,996. Last year, it was 3,004.
The 5 yr ave is 2,498 (2008-2012).
On the EIA chart, inventories appear to build at the end of march.
The yr over yr decrease is probably due to wells being turned off. PGH has 2 off. (or wells in 2 fields off)
I saw today, that saudi arabia is going to start pumping more oil soon.
their cut back only lasted a few weeks.
i wonder if we'd be where we are at now, if we didnt buy NAL, and put out all those extra shares.
That's why it's called withdrawal season.
However winter is looking like a dud for the second year in a row and looking increasingly likely that storage levels at end of withdrawal season will be close to record levels. Meaning 2013 NG prices will look much like 2012's.
