I'm trying to be short ERTS, especially because the weekly MACD is now solidly down. The only hope there is that the signal line hasn't been broken (yet) so there's a small chance there's still a bounce up to go. At the moment I hold no position. On Friday I was sorely tempted to go long based on positive divergences in the hourly chart, but I didn't, and I'm glad for it, because I'd have been thinking about it all weekend.
I'm just crossing my fingers that ERTS will make another run up toward 63 so I can get a good short in. I'd even be willing to take my first small position in the face of the earnings announcement. We now have three lines on the downtrending fan on the daily chart, so if that third line is broken to the upside, we could get the rally I'm looking for.
I took very small long positions in SUNW and ORCL last week for my non-trading accounts. I'll add to those positions if they go much lower or if they show clear signs of turning back up.
