Wonder why this company got listed as one of the worst? Try to get assistance with one of their products. If you have the time to wade through the website and use their help options that seem to send in endless loops where you end up right where you started. Or waiting for 45 minutes on their live chat, working with the assistant for 25 more minutes only to be told you have to call a number for their specialized team. When I do call, the ticket number is not in the system and the message tells me to go to the website. Today, I have been on hold for 55 minutes, and they wonder why they are the worst company.
