In general I like the HGP program but my complaint lately is that they are having problems with making sure GP points get reported. If ya spend a couple of grade at a resort using your Hyatt Visa, then they should be able to get the points transferred correctly to your GP account. Definitely not the case recently!!
Sad to see the brand tarnished due to lack of attention to details.
There are several points I'd like to make here Amigo....
A. You're an idiot.
B. They weren't obligated to give you ANYTHING, whether it be a PI$$ break, directions, or even a room for that matter. Remember that they can refuse service altogether. You're lucky that they even allowed you entry, as the front doors should remain locked throughout the overnight hours for security reasons, with only guests and those with reservations allowed entry.
C. You, along with every other silly joker that shows up in the dead of night wants to know "why" the property is sold out. Simply put, it's none of your business. Better yet, it's people like you that expect that some magical presidential suite is available at all times, just for your special arrival, because you're a top level Hyatt Passport member. Sorry Aimgo, but sold out is sold out, even if they do in fact have rooms available. It can't get any clearer than that.
D. I'm willing to bet, based on your personality, that the night staff didn't care much for that attitude of yours, and probably even smelled alcohol on your breath. No room for you, Amigo.
