First off I would like to mention that this is a good day for TGC for long term investors...With oil barely up, TGC has had steady movement all day. Once this company starts seeing more consistent 4 to 8% gains, then investors will really see the long term value of this company. The 4 to 8% gains are important because we want to try and eliminate most of the daytraders who are trying to turn quick profits.
I would guess that TGC will close today in the 2.40s..If I had to guess exactly I would say 2.46. Could hit the 2.50s today in the last hour. This stock has a lot of potential as a long term investment, and I am excited to be a long term investor!!
agree on the day trader issue. they create volume and volume can drive up price. also, swing trading is an excellent way to do the job. ride the stock as it flies up in the morning hours, sell at the peak, buy again with additional funds when it drops and then watch it climb back up. day traders, swing and investors all win as the stock rises on a daily and weekly basis.
