I just want to remind people that nothing has changed since the stock was at 2.5 other then the price. The investment has the same thesis. Am I happy with how things are going and the commutation? No, However, I strongly believe that the company will get FDA approval to start on humans. The green monkey tests and the severity of spinal cord injuries will make this a must test. Also the FDA already said in the summer that they were going to find a way to make this quicker to market (pathway). The official company response is they needed a GMP before gaining the green light, so that timetable has to be three or so months.
As far as the hiring of people that everyone is complaining about---let me say this. This company is attracting the top talent in the market. Talent that wouldn't join a failing organization because their personal reputations would get hurt. I think everyone in the company expects to go to human trials and they are preparing for it by hiring the best available. I have no problem with that.
I also think Frank should buy shares here though, show that this is a low price to the investment community.
I agree with everything you say except not sure about Frank buying shares.
I'm assuming his small sale of shares had to do with needing cash for some things.
In that case he wouldn't have cash on hand to buy more shares.
However maybe other board members would.
Right now I'm thinking all the primary players have lots of shares and probably lots of options that with any success will become vested at bargain rates so they really don't feel a need to buy more on the open market.
