I have just learned that Langer makes a sale once a year, as he did last year, routinely selling off some of his holdings in all of his publicly traded companies like NVIV that use his technology. In this case, he already sold 250,000 shares several weeks ago and the price of the stock was not impacted then - so we're talking old news here. Not sure if he uses the proceeds to fund some of his research or what. Also, I am hearing that the company remains confident in the HUD approval and investors should not overreact in the event of a delay. The 45 day guideline by the FDA ends today. Remember we're dealing with the FDA - a government agency - and they are notoriously slow. 45 days is simply a guideline, and the FDA misses these guidelines routinely, and rarely stick precisely to their own guidelines. I am told we will hear something reasonably soon.
