First: Corporate Governance relates to a VERY specific group of issues - there's nothing "vague" about it.
Second: Of course shareholders are excited about uplisting; they still are - and actually we know more about the potential timing now than we did yesterday at this time. We still don't know when it will happen, but we do know that it won't happen Monday (which will at least make the board a little less cluttered this Friday, I guess).
Third: "indefinitely" is not at all vague, it simply means that the specific timeline is unknown as of the date of the 8-K - and it most certainly does NOT mean or imply that listing to a major Exchange has been cancelled.
