Its starting to get nutso here. Insiders sold at much lower prices for the most part. This quarter was impacted by the retiring of debt. What is wrong with everyone? Are you all blind to revenues? The stock is at $7.94 not $20. Lets face it we all have different interests in MU. If you knew what you were doing you could have cleaned up with this stock. At almost any point if you bought and held you would have made money...I won't even get into the day trading possibilities.
I think the insiders got a good price when the sold their stock. When you buy stock at $0 and you sell it at $8.50 you come out smelling like a rose. Come on people this is not rocket science, it is simply old math.
Also, note that SNDK insiders have sold even more the last 6 months, but insiders in both companies have only sold a fraction of their overall holdings. I agree that it has more room to the downside unless some exogenous event occurs since the shorts seems to be in control now.
