I'd be satisfied with no new dilution. It's highly unlikely they will buy shares back since they are always needing cash. The key is to get non-dilutive funding so they don't need scum bag loan sharks like Roth Capital anymore. They had to give Roth a sweetheart deal last fall at a huge discount to the pps at the time. It tanks the pps immediately. Roth was told to take a hike recently and that is why Roth downgraded the stock. They want in on the Sept pop as well and they wanted the sweetheart deal. Bad for them good for shareholders!
Getting non-dilutive funding via CIRM is just as good as share buy backs in stem cell land.
