Good work Brian. It will fall again, it always does after these big pops. CP is laying off 23% of workers.. most of them from customer service related areas. I'm sure CP customers will be thrilled with less service. As for expecting the remaining workers to pick up the slack and be more productive - good luck with that. Canadian workers love work/life balance unlike CPs new American CEO who is due for a heart attack anytime now. I can only imagine how much he is hated within the co.
