    Q4 earnings

This is the first time I've ever owned stock in a company that recently exited bankruptcy, so this may be menaingless. But it's interesting.

Anyway, even tho HKFI exited bankruptcy last year, it still does quarterly filings with some aspect of the bankruptcy court. The numbers are on a different quarter end; maybe HKFI had a different year end before bankruptcy?

Ignoring everything else, and especially ignoring the company's warning not to rely on the numbers for GAAP purposes (no audit, etc), HKFI's shareholders equity at 1/3/10 was $ 4 million higher than at 10/31/09. So, for the 2 months, earnings plus AOCI was about 20 cents per share. At the least, it's a good sign for the real Q4. But again, the company warned that it doesn't mean much.
