If you bought a 1,000 shares at 13.41 = 13,410 investment.
3 years of supported dividend conservative pay out 2,250 a year for 3 years = 6,750.00
Take half of that as your interest rate earned 3,375=8.4 return per year
Investment risk 3 years down the road = 10,035
Now the only question is do you want to risk 10,035 on this stock in 3 years?
To get 16% return your dividend would have to be 1606 a year. or half the dividend you were getting.
This would still give you a 8% interest rate on investment and 8% pay down on your investment.
I really do think the pay out with the dividend supported for at least 3 years maybe two more but clearly I see no way you could lose money you may not make the amount of return I see but I also this stock returning over half your investment in the next 3 years and the remaining "risk" investment over the next 14 years or so.
Not a bad gamble but who can tell what the future may hold for oil and gas and eco of the world.
