Vol, Flow through shares are special. They have tax benefits. They are tax deductible. Suppose you buy $10k shares. If you're in the 40% tax bracket, you'd net $4k. (Need to point out that none of this applies to wicked since he's in the 5% tax bracket because of all his stock losses)
thino2, thanks for your explanation. Also did a brief search on follow through shares, I tend to think issuing follow through shares is better than issuing shares to the general public. It should be a win-win situation and creates economic value for both parties involved in the deal.
