Relax. It's just a wonderful time to buy more cheap units and reduce my average cost per unit and receive more units on the monthly drip. 9+% annual distribution payable dripped monthly into additional cheap units is a recipe for making a lot of money.
I contacted Investor Relations a nd was told that ---
---The monthly distributions are 100% return of capital---
"Return or capital" distributions mean that the monthly cash distributions are 100% tax deferred and can be dripped into additional VNR units to generate more tax deferred cash distributions month after month.
Until some outside thing happens to change the story this is the closest thing I know of that is like a perpetual motion money making machine. The more cheaper shares you get the better.
