Yes; I agree that there will be more usage as the cost is at historically low. I have also heard that state governments are converting their fleets, etc. The worry for investors is that there is so much ng available. Yesterday's EIA report put the storage levels at about 14% above both last year's and the five-year average levels.
NG Bulls are also counting on a cold winter. Maybe that will pay off...I hope they are right as I am not totally out of ng and hold CANroys with both oil and ng. I just don't see a compelling case for the pure ng investment right now.
The only plus for it in the short term, at least, is that the 3-5% distribution looks good by comparison with treasuries, money markets, etc. But will this be competitive next year or the year after?
