This is great news. If the Samsung-SIMO pairing is good enough to put in one phone model that makes it into the real world, then it is good enough for plenty of models. We can expect additional design wins with each conference call over the next 1-2 years. SIMO did $42m in LTE sales in 2012 and the LTE market has grown hugely since then. It's totally reasonable to expect LTE to add $30-$100m in revenues over the next 18 months. I think the shares have only one direction from here, who would sell when the outlook for 2014 and 2015 now looks to be nothing but growth. Next big news will be SATA-3 sales entering mass volumes, hopefully around Q3 this year.
