I have noticed it, too. I expect he will sell more shares this week. With an operating revenue of about 6M, the market capitalization is already extremely high. Check out the market cap of PG, GE, etc. and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Wade is the INDIRECT owner of shares that were pledged by MRC to a third party lender for a loan. The third party lender has sold the shares...therefore the indirect status. This is clearly stated in the SEC filings...try to read the fine print.
Because it is an indirect sale, R U saying that Wade is just the conduit for the sale? There's been a whole of selling by Wade, as CEO, if there is supposed to be big news on the 19th, wouldn't it be wise to hold the sales until after the next 10Q? Seems a little fishy? Any direct responses would be appreciated. Thanks.
