not refinancing, but actual debt pay down. a $100M reduction this year would be good start.
What is crazy is that they are doing stock buybacks yet the number of shares outstanding no not decline. I am sure that has to do with officers' exercising options and selling shares.

How in the world would they pay off debt? They don't have the cash or earnings power to reduce debt by that level !! That was an odd comment.
